Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the content you upload to the Moneygains site including profile content and user interaction (User Content). This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Use.

Your User Content must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, and acknowledge that we may take such action as we deem appropriate for any failure to do so, including removal of any User Content and suspension or termination of your right to access the Moneygains site and services.

User Content must not:

  1. Include any content that is deliberately dishonest or false, out of date or inaccurate
  2. Include any content which promotes fraudulent, obscene or illegal activities; promotes violence or hatred; is discriminatory of any group of people; is sexually explicit; or is offensive, hateful or inflammatory
  3. Include any copyrights, database rights, trade marks or other intellectual property rights that do not belong to you, unless you have the written consent of the owner of such rights
  4. Include any personal insults or attacks including deliberately flaming other users in a manner that might incite or perpetuate a conflict or argument
  5. Breach any rights of privacy whether of another user or any other person
  6. Encourage or otherwise deliberately or recklessly involve any breaches of applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice and/or guidelines;
  7. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person
  8. Impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person
  9. Give the impression that it comes from us
  10. Interfere with the access, use or enjoyment of our systems or any third party, including causing greater demand on the systems than is deemed by us reasonable;
  11. Harvest or otherwise collect non-public information about another user obtained through the website (including email addresses), without the prior written consent of the holder of the appropriate rights to such information;
  12. Add another user to your email or physical mailing list without their consent after adequate disclosure, or use their email address or contact details for antisocial, disruptive, or destructive purposes;
  13. Send SPAM or other unlawful communications
  14. Include commercial promotions or advertisements
